What events do the GetEventSummaries and GetEventSummariesByExchange endpoints include in the Corporate Actions API?

The GlobalCorporateActions API provides two endpoints that summarize all events listed in the API.  

GetEventsSummaries endpoint returns a high-level overview of events for a requested security and date range

GetEventSummariesbyExchange endpoint returns a high-level overview of events for a requested exchange on a given exdate.
