Why Securities Pending IPO Are Not Available Under ListListingChanges?

The  ListListingChanges endpoint under the GlobalCorporateActions API may not return events related to securities that are Pending an IPO. In this case, please ensure that the EndDate parameter is set to a date past the IPO date.

There is no set time when a certain event will be available in advance under this endpoint.
