Why isn't the 'volume' field always populated in QUODD Global Indices?

The availability and meaning of volume varies by index and index group, as index quoting venues define index volume differently. As such, the 'volume' field is not always populated for all indices, and will vary on whether we receive this value from this particular index and index group.
