Does QUODD support rate limiting to prevent abuse and protect against DoS attacks?

Our operations team does apply dynamic rate limiting and throttling in the event of rogue/excessive traffic patterns. Our highly distributed architecture ensures new API requests can be served regardless of traffic patterns of specific users.
